CANCELLATION FEE
A short notice cancellation (otherwise known as a late cancellation) is considered less than 24 hours to the allocated appointment.
We have decided as a service that we will charge a late cancellation if a family cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment. A late cancellation will incur. Failure to attend a session without prior notice will also be charged as a late cancellation.
